Personally I feel the BLM should be instructed by a Congressional action to video the entire winter gather process from beginning to the end. A qualified civilian pilot should be allowed to accompany, with numerous ground observers at the holding chutes to observe 24/7. As well document all the actions, the foals being stripped away from their mothers, separation of sex, loading and unloading of wild horses at the long term sites. michael golembeski, WindDancer Foundation Inc.
